  • Spice market with an explanation of ras el hanout
  • Marrakchi tanjia, slow-cooked in the hammam oven

Frequently asked questions

Is street food safe in Marrakech?

At the places we use, yes. We only work with stalls and kitchens we have known for years and that have a high turnover of customers.

I am vegetarian. Can I do the tour?

Yes. Moroccan cooking has plenty of vegetarian options; just let us know when booking.

Does the tour replace dinner?

It more than replaces it. Most travellers finish the route completely full.
